You're on ten WhatsApp groups — soccer, swimming, the class, someone's birthday next Saturday. Newsletters land in three inboxes. The school platform, the apps teachers use, the homework book, the paper permission slips. It's a lot.
In order.
Always.
Beka is the dumping ground. Forward it, paste it, snap it, and only what matters comes out the other side.
We'll only email you about Beka access.Send the mess in. Get the signal back.
Beka reads everything you send it (emails, screenshots, PDFs, messages, photos of paper notices) and pulls out only the things that need a human: the dates, the deadlines, the costs, what to bring, who needs to reply.
And the whole family is on the same page. Mum snaps a photo of the swimming roster. Dad forwards an email from the soccer club. Gran takes a picture of a flyer from the school bag. It all flows into one shared feed everyone can see.
Everything lands on one calendar.
Beka shows you a calendar of what's coming — events, due dates, sport, photo day. One tap adds any event to your Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar too, so it also lives where you already look.

Good questions, answered.
Is Beka available now?
Beka is in private beta. The web version is fully working and the iOS app is on TestFlight while we finish multi-family support. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment you can sign up.
Is this just another app to live in?
No, that's the point. Beka isn't trying to replace your calendar, your reminders, or the way you already manage the family.
Items flow into your existing calendar (Apple, Google, or whichever you use) and your reminders. Beka has its own clean per-child feed if you want a quick one-screen view, but you're never required to open it. The output goes to where you already look.
What can I send to Beka?
Pretty much anything you'd otherwise have to read and remember:
- Forwarded emails (newsletters, school updates, club announcements)
- Screenshots of group chats and texts
- PDFs and class app exports
- Photos of noticeboards, flyers, or paper slips
- Pasted links to web pages
You can also set up auto-forwarding so emails from a particular sender flow into Beka without you lifting a finger.
Does the whole family see the same view?
Yes. Whoever sends something in, it lands in one shared family feed, visible to every adult you've invited. No forwarding back and forth between parents.
You can view the full family feed, or filter to a single child to see just their week. Same data, different lens.
How does it know who something belongs to?
You set up your kids once with names, year levels, activities. After that, Beka uses the context inside each message to figure out who it's for. A note about Year 5 maths homework lands with the Year 5 child. A soccer team text lands with the kid who plays soccer.
If something can't be confidently routed, it goes to "everyone" so nothing slips through. You can correct any item with a single tap, and Beka quietly learns from your corrections.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your information is encrypted, used responsibly, and only visible to the people you invite into your family. We don't sell your data.
For the full detail, please see our Terms & Privacy.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is shown inside the app. Beka is built to be sustainably priced so we can stay independent and not be tempted to monetise your data; that's the whole point.
Can I get in touch?
Please do. Beka is built around real parent feedback; if something's broken, missing, or could be better, we want to hear about it. Send us a note.
